It wasn’t too long ago, maybe two months that I found out about Diskeeper and had started using it on my own home computer. I find it a very useful tool and am quite impressed with how well it works. Having said that I just found out last week that they’ve now come out with and released all new versions for 2007. I didn’t think it possible that Diskeeper could be any better than it already is but somehow they were able to do it. Diskeeper has even been named one of the top 5 products that everyone should have on their computer systems or networks and I readily agree.
Diskeeper is amazing for the following reasons: It will defrag your hard drive on the fly in real time and eliminate fragmentation as it occurs. Diskeeper 2007 also has InvisiTasking which will always keep your system running at maximum peak performance, with no fragmentation related issues, for the life of your system. The added bonus is that Diskeeper does all of this automatically, all you have to do is install it, set it and forget it. It’s not something you constantly have to run or schedule or otherwise worry about.
Up until now I was running Diskeeper 10 professional premier edition, now I’ve gone ahead and upgraded to Diskeeper 2007 pro premier, I don’t even know it’s running in the background. Diskeeper has done a fantastic job and rightfully so, they’re celebrating their 25th anniversary this year so they’ve surely been around long enough to know what they’re doing!
