I recently registered online at Great West Life’s website for my benefit plan so I could easily manage my benefits, download forms and enroll for direct deposit reimbursment among other things. Instead of sending me a confirmation email they send me a paper confirmation via snail mail. Does that even make sense? I registered online and you waste money and paper for information you could have easily emailed me after registration. It’s 2010 Great West Life, please go digital and forget the paper, it went directly into my recycling bin anyways.
